Tender Description

The Works comprise of new walls & reception counter, new floor finishes and external security screens
and such other work as shown on the drawings or included in the specification.
Premises will be occupied during the term of the Contract. The Contractor shall ensure that it causes
minimal inconvenience and disturbance to the occupants.
