Generally, the Scope of Work includes the upgrade and internal refurbishment at the Wagga Wagga Airport Terminal building for the new Security Upgrade. The work is as shown on the Drawings and/or specified in the Specification and involves a variety of trades including structural steel, carpentry, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, painting and consists of the following works:
· Construction of new Link structure.
· Construction of new Office and Screening enclosure and reworking of the existing terminal structure.
· Refurbishment of existing Terminal at Check-in area and new counters.
· Construction of a new Bathroom at Staff area.
· Relocation of existing services on removal of existing ceiling at Check-in and associated siteworks as required.
· Associated electrical and mechanical works.
· Liaise with Separate Contractors for security and conveying equipment.
