Mosman Council (Council) invites tenders for the carrying out and completion of Refurbishment works at the Mosman Art Gallery located at the Cnr of Vista Street and Art Gallery Way, Mosman. In 2011 a feasibility plan was undertaken by Paul Berkemeier Architects identifying the following scope of works as Stage 2A works.
The scope of the works includes:
- Refurbishment of the ground floor level of the Gallery to create a new reception area, exhibition space, new offices, meeting room and Balnaves Gallery collection.
- New electrical, lighting and security camera works to accompany the new refurbishment works to the specified areas indicated on the plans; and
- Mechanical ventilation works proposed to new areas of the ground floor level of the gallery as indicated on plans.
Other works currently contracted to be undertaken is the installation of a chiller and associated works by Hasties services.
