Natural Solutions were engaged by Cape Bouvard Developments to undertake the design and construction management of an urban stormwater treatment wetland. The wetland is being constructed to improve water quality of runoff prior to entering a conservation parkland adjacent to the Noosa River.

Logan Link North - Due Diligence
Aspen Group Ltd is investigating the possibility of purchasing properties located at Berrinba. To satisfy due diligence requirements, Natural Solutions has been commissioned to undertake a review and site assessment in order to identify potential environmental constraints for development of these lots. The properties are located on Wembley Road and are referred to as Logan Link North.
The assessment relied primarily on up-to-date desktop reviews, review of previous reports, and a brief site assessment.

Energy Developments - Gasfield Construction & Operations Support
Energy Developments is an international provider of renewable, low emission and remote electricity; with focus on energy recover from landfill gas and coal seam methane. General environmental support was provided by Natural Solutions to the gasfield construction and operations division in staff training and project management, covering approvals processes, environmental management and due diligence and reporting of power station and pipeline projects.

Gateway Upgrade Erosion and Sediment Control Planning
Natural Solutions was commissioned by the Leighton Abigroup Joint Venture to develop a Contractors Erosion and Sediment Control Plan for the duplication of the Gateway Bridge, in Brisbane. Erosion and Sediment Control Plans (ESCPs) are usually developed as part of the detailed design phase prior to any earthworks. As this work was not undertaken and due to the scale of the project and pace of construction it was recommended that a Generic Erosion and Sediment Control Plan (GESCP) be developed

Condamine Infrastructure Risk Assessment
Natural Solutions has been engaged to undertake a risk analysis of built infrastructure to flooding on the Condamine floodplain, with particular reference to those elements that might affect the catchments’ sustainability (economic, environment and social disruption). This was carried out using existing information supported by discussion with the relevant infrastructure managers. The report highlights areas that may require further analysis.
