For Sale By Expression Of Interest Residential Aged Care Service Holbrook Village Hostel & Jindera Aged Services (Hostel)
Expressions of Interest are invited for the purchase of the Holbrook Village Hostel a 22-bed low care residential aged care facility located in Holbrook, 62km north of Albury and the Jindera Aged Services (Hostel) a 20-bed low care residential aged care facility located in Jindera, 16km east of Albury in southern NSW.
The facilities are being offered for sale by Expression of Interest by Greater Hume Shire Council.

Expressions of Interest must be in writing, marked Expressions of Interest - Holbrook Village Hostel and/or Jindera Aged Services (Hostel) and addressed to the General Manager, Greater Hume Shire Council, PO Box 99, Holbrook, NSW 2644.
Expressions of Interest must be received by 4pm Friday, 29 July 2011.
The canvassing of councillors or staff of Greater Hume Shire Council will automatically disqualify potential purchasers. The highest or any Expression of Interest not necessarily accepted.
