The project to replace the current e-commerce system will ensure the National Archives of Australia has an e-commerce solution that integrates well with current and future systems to deliver a user-friendly and contemporary online purchasing experience that meets Australian Government security, privacy and accessibility standards. The solution will also provide functionality to meet accounting and auditing standards, provide transaction tracking, more efficient order management functions and greater flexibility for introducing new products. This will result in improved client service delivery and reduce administration, client support and processing burdens for staff.
