Tender 11/08 - Reconstruction of Bunyula Road, Bellevue Hill
Woollahra Council invites suitably qualified parties to tender for road, footpath and drainage reconstruction works in Bunyula Road, from Latimer Road to 75 Blaxland Road, Bellevue Hill.
A Pre-Tender meeting will be held at Council on 15 June 2011 at 10:30am. Proceedings of the meeting will be circulated only to those who attend or register for this tender.
The works to be undertaken in this contract are described in the Tender Document which can be downloaded at no charge from www.woollahra.nsw.gov.au - under Council tab and then "Tenders & Purchasing". Hard copies are available from Council's Customer Service Area for $200.
All interested tenderers must register their phone, fax and email details with the tender number for the relevant job to records@woollahra.nsw.gov.au prior to the pre-tender meeting.
Tenders must be placed in a sealed envelope with the project name and tender number clearly marked and lodged by 2:30pm, 23 June 2011 in the Tender Box at the Customer Service Area of the Council, 536 New South Head Road, Double Bay between the hours of 8:00am to 4:30pm. Monday to Friday.
Costs incurred in preparing tenders will not be reimbursed. Tenders will be evaluated on the selection criteria detailed in the tender documentation. The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted. All enquiries regarding the tenders should be directed to Mr Sam Badalati on 0419 613 890.
