ABOUT HUNTER WATER CORPORATION: Hunter Water is a State Owned Corporation and the water and wastewater service provider for over half a million people in the lower Hunter region. There are 213,913 properties connected to the water network and 202,103 to the wastewater network.
Our area of operation covers 5,475km2 with a population of 517,403 in the local government areas of Lake Macquarie, Newcastle, Cessnock, Maitland, Dungog and Port Stephens. ABOUT THE TENDER: Tenders are for the provision a job management system. SITE INSPECTION: A Site inspection is not required. However, an optional pre-tender meeting will be held on 18th August 2011 at 2pm Hunter Water's head office (36 Honeysuckle Drive, Newcastle). Refer to RFT for further details. REGISTRATION: Tender documents must be obtained after registration (see option below). ENQUIRIES: Tender enquiries should be directed to Darryl Manion via the online forum (see option below). SUBMISSIONS: Completed responses can be submitted via the electronic tender box (preferred) (see option below) using the attached word and or excel versions of the Tender Schedule. Respondents will receive a Successful Submission Receipt timed and dated upon completion. Should assistance be required please use the online manual on the portal under Support/Online Manuals/Making a Submission or contact Tenderlink Customer Support on 1800 233 533. Submissions can also be placed in a sealed envelope and endorsed with the tender title, number, and closing date, and placed in the Tender Box located at Hunter Water Corporation Ground Floor Honeysuckle Drive Newcastle NSW by the nominated time and date. CLOSING DATE AND TIME: Tenders close at 2pm on Wednesday 31st August, 2011, and submissions must be fully received by this time. Hunter Water is not bound to accept the lowest priced Tender or all or any part of a Tender and reserves the right to conduct the Request for Tender process and select the successful respondent(s) as it sees fit. Hunter Water staff are unable to respond to verbal enquiries in relation to the proposal. Late, verbal, faxed or emailed proposals will not be accepted. |
