Bill Guy & Partners undertook the Design Options Study in 2002 to examine the infrastructure required for the proposed land development of East O’Malley Estate adjacent to a high quality nature reserve. The firm was later engaged to undertake detailed design and construction superintendency for the project.

Wells Station Drive
Design, documentation and construction phase services for an arterial road linking Gungahlin Drive with Horse Park Drive. The design includes upgraded traffic signals at Gungahlin Drive, a large two lane roundabout at the intersection of Wells Station Drive and Hoskins Street, upgrading the northern end of Hoskins Street to two lane dual carriageway and traffic signals at both Flemington Road and Horse Park Drive intersections with Wells Station Drive.
Harrison School access road
Design, documentation and construction phase services for Mapleton Avenue, and the school access road which links Mapleton Avenue and Nullabor Avenue and associated infrastructure to service the new school which is currently under construction at Harrison. Project value $4.2m.
Kangarra Waters Retirement Village for the Illawarra Retirement Trust

St Andrews Retirement Village, Hughes
Design and documentation of the building hydraulic services and civil works for the 75 room assisted care facility being stage four of the retirement village development. The company provided similar services for the balance of the project over the past decade bringing the final development to 185 rooms plus 32 townhouses.
ACT Hydrological and Salinity Model
An ACT Government initiative to improve salinity and flow in the Murray Darling Basin. The commitments lead to the need to establish a hydrological and salinity model to monitor and measure the current and future salt export and water recovery volume at the ACT border. Bill Guy and Partners is developing the hydrological model component of the project which requires the model be established, calibrated and simulated for the period from January 1975 to April 2000 using historical data.
Hardened Network Area, Adelaide
