CONSTRUCTION OF CHANGE ROOMS AT PROCTOR PARK BATHURST

Tenders are invited from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for the construction of new change rooms at Proctor Park Bathurst.
The works consist of the construction of a new 10m x 17.4m brick building containing change rooms and toilet facilities.
Tenders must be in a plain, sealed envelope, on which are printed only the words "CONTRACT NUMBER 36.00447 - CONSTRUCTION OF CHANGE ROOMS, PROCTOR PARK BATHURST", and are to be placed in the Tender Box, 158 Russell Street, Bathurst, prior to the closing time of 4.00 pm, Tuesday, 21 February, 2012.
Tenders in envelopes which do not have the required words printed on them, or which have the Company Name or any other writing on them, will not be considered by Council.
The lobbying or liaison with Councillors prior to the consideration of tenders by Council will lead to the rejection of the offending tender.
Tenders are to be submitted on the tender form supplied with the tender documents, which are available for a non-refundable cost of $100 per document, by contacting the Engineering Services Department, telephone (02) 6333 6100.
The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted by Council.
