Angel Field Topside Floatover, Western Australia
The Clough Aker Joint Venture has been awarded the contract to transport and install a 7,700 tonne topside module for Woodside Energy’s Angel Gas Field Development, off Karratha in Western Australia. The Joint Venture will also perform all engineering which involves state of the art naval architecture analysis, construction and installation activities.
Basker Manta Subsea Project, Australia
Clough is carrying out a subsea construction contract for Anzon Australia Limited for installation works associated with the development of the Basker Manta project, located in water depths of approximately 160 metres in Bass Strait, Victoria. The project involves the installation and tie-in of flowlines and control umbilicals to an existing floating production facility, a new manifold and subsea trees.
Bayu-Undan Operations & Maintenance Services, Timor Sea
Over three years, with an option to extend a further 2 years, the Clough AMEC joint venture will service the production facilities at the Bayu-Undan gas and condensate field, located in the Timor Sea. The scope of work consists of planning, management & administration services; offshore field services; onshore services - maintenance & fabrication; and Timor-Leste service establishment. The facilities comprise a 14,000 tonne drilling, production and processing platform, a 11,500 tonne compression
Boddington Gold Mine Expansion Project, Western Australia
Clough as part of a joint venture has signed a contract for the Boddington Gold Mine expansion project. The contract involves the Engineering, Procurement and Construction Management (EPCM) of gold and copper processing facilities, capable of handling 35 million tonnes of ore per annum. The Boddington Project is located approximately 130km south east of Perth in Western Australia. The development of the project will run for approximately three years with production expected in late 2008.
G1 Field Development Project, India
Clough is currently undertaking work for the G1-GS15 deepwater development located off the East Coast of India for client Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC). The scope of work includes the design, procurement and installation of a new onshore gas plant, an additional shallow water wellhead platform, and a five well subsea development involving trunklines and control system tied back to new and existing facilities.
Gorgon Downstream LNG Project - FEED, Western Australia
Clough, as part of the Kellogg Joint Venture - Gorgon, has signed the Front End Engineering and Design contract and option for Engineering, Procurement and Construction Management contract for the Greater Gorgon Downstream LNG Project.
Kalgoorlie Reservoir, Australia
Clough Limited and Kellogg Brown & Root Pty Ltd (KBR) have been awarded a contract to design and construct the new Kalgoorlie Reservoir in alliance with the Water Corporation in Western Australia. The two year contract includes the design and construction of a 400 million litre water storage reservoir and associated facilities. The scope of work includes associated piping, a pump station and chlorination plant.
LNG Jetty Expansion Project, Western Australia
Clough and joint venture partner Interbeton bv have been awarded the contract from Woodside Energy Ltd., operator of the North West Shelf Venture to construct a second LNG loading berth at its Karratha onshore gas plant in the Pilbara region of Western Australia. All construction activities are being performed from the Interbeton supplied IB909 self supporting jack-up barge to construct the 150 metre long jetty.
Maari Field Wellhead Platform Project, New Zealand
Clough has received a letter of intent from OMV New Zealand Limited, on behalf of the Maari Joint Venture, to perform all engineering, procurement, construction and installation activities related to the wellhead platform on the Maari field development. Located in the Taranaki Basin , the Maari field is approximately 80km south east of New Zealand ’s north island, in 100 metres water depth.
MPA Power Station Integrated Operations & Maintenance, Australia
MPA Energy Services Pty Ltd, a subsidiary company of the Clough Group, is undertaking a five year contract for the operation and maintenance of ash and dust handling systems at Delta Electricity’s Mt Piper and Wallerawang Power Stations, in New South Wales. Activities include operation and maintenance of the ash handling plant, placement of the ash, environmental monitoring and rehabilitation of the ash placement area.
Panna Field Development, India
Clough has been awarded the contract to develop the shallow water Panna oil field and the South Tapti gas field located north west of Mumbai (Bombay) in the Arabian Sea off India’s west coast. The scope of work includes the engineering, procurement, installation and commissioning of three wellhead platforms and modifications to existing platforms and inter-field pipelines. Project completion is expected in 2006.
Sanga Sanga Coal Mining, East Kalimantan, Indonesia
PT Petrosea Tbk has signed a four year mining contract with PT Mitra Internusa Persada. Petrosea will perform overburden stripping and coal mining activities at the Sanga Sanga Coal Mine, located near Samarinda in East Kalimantan, approximately 90km north of Balikpapan.
Saudi Aramco In-Kingdom PMS Contract, Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia
Clough, in association with S&B and Al Bilad, in equal JV with Zuhair Fayez Partnership Consultants (ZFP) has been awarded a Project Management Services (PMS) contract by Saudi Aramco. The PMS contract is for an initial period of five years with two, two-year extension options. The consortium will act as the client’s project management consultants, performing predominantly front end engineering design (FEED) and project management consultant activities for onshore hydrocarbon extraction and processing facility
Toms Gully Gold Mine, Northern Territory
PT Petrosea has entered into an Alliance Agreement with Renison Consolidated Mines NL to provide underground mining and maintenance services at Toms Gully Gold Mine. The Alliance agreement will govern the management and undertaking of the underground gold mining operations at Toms Gully with PT Petrosea also supplying underground mine fixed assets, mine services and underground mining plant and equipment.
Vetco FPSO Modules, Thailand
Clough has been subcontracted to fabricate five topside process modules. The five modules have a combined weight of about 1800 tonnes and will be installed on the Aoka Mizu FPSO, currently undergoing conversion in Singapore prior to delivery and installation at Nexen’s Ettrick Field in the North Sea. Vetco Aibel AS of Norway has awarded Clough the subcontract under its contract with FPSO owner and operator, Bluewater Energy Services.
Woodside Engineering Services Contract, Australia
Clough, in joint venture with AMEC have signed an Engineering Services Contract (ESC) with Woodside Energy Ltd. The ESC involves supply of project management, engineering services, operational maintenance & planning, process modification and supply chain integration services to all of Woodside’s Australian oil assets including the Wanaea Cossack Lambert Hermes, Enfield, Legendre and Laminaria-Corallina fields.
